Episode 83 – Why Physical Goods are the New Services with Inkwell Press founder Tonya Dalton

May 9, 2017 | Podcast, Profit Power Pursuit

This week, Tara’s guest is Tonya Dalton. Tonya is the founder of inkWELL Press, a collection of planners and productivity tools for women looking for a little more peace in their busy lives. The company launched in November 2014 and has grown at a rapid pace thanks to their commitment to quality, focused marketing efforts, and fiercely loyal fans. Recently, Tonya has launched her Podcast, “Productivity Paradox” which debuted at number twelve on iTunes in the Business category.

Tara and Tonya talk about why she chose to learn Adobe InDesign from scratch instead of hiring a designer for her planner, how she budgeted for her initial run of planners, and why she believes that it’s so important to think of her products as tools that provide a service for her customers.
